Just horrible I waited like 1h and they lost my order I asked for my money back they did not

I usually go during my lunch time, food is always spot on. Wings are saucy, tenders are cooked right and fries are always fresh.

We had a wonderful experience at Wingstop, where we enjoyed delicious wings accompanied by exceptional service. Charles, our dedicated server, provided us with a high level of professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The new manager is legit.. but Staff there when he's not lol I mean asking about a to go order and you walk away never giving me a response then coming back up 4 mins later to help the next person ? trash ? ?

If you call and make your order, the food will be cold and if you go and order there, good luck to wait 1 hour for your order.
