WORST attitudes and the most horrible customer service I?ve ever experienced absolutely anywhere. I was picking up an mobile order, they told me to pull up to the window and I was siting there 17 minutes waiting for someone to handle me the bag. They were laughing inside and many of them walked by drive thru window but nobody opens or says anything. I have so much patience but this was crazy. When the girl opened, I was very nicely telling her that it takes them forever and they should improve their communication with customers while they're waiting, also how their service is horrible..she look at me, laughed and shows me the thumb up (wants to say I am right but she doesn't care). If I mention that she was a black girl, someone will get my review wrong, but I really don't care what you are JUST DO YOUR JOB, do what you are paid for. So unprofessional!!
Absolute trash establishment. Rude manager, no sophistication, zero customer service training. Alma the manager needs to be retrained in how to treat and retain a Wendys customer, because this one will Never Return to any Wendys ever again.
This Wendy?s is sad. Needs new staff or new management. Order is always wrong. For example you can be the only one in line and order a baconator and they give you a chicken sandwich. Good thing there is better options in the same area all around this location. Hopefully this location can shape up.
Do not order from here .... (we are not from the area) we are about twenty minutes away from this location and come to find out the burger patties are completely raw inside. Tried to call but the phone just rings and rings . No one answered the phone.
So i just had the joy of waiting in line for 15 minutes in your drive thru for them to tell me corporate has now decided that summer is over they are no longer open until 12am. Google, your signs, all online sites, for god sakes your moto is eat great even late! One of two things needs to happen if you guys are closing before 12am every store needs to be notified. 2! You need to fix the signs and the websites the reinforce what you are going to do n train your staff properly. So disappointed in the drop in wendy's over the past year and a half.
