Absolutely love this place!! I’ve been eating at Tokyo since I was a little girl! Best Katsudon and Teriyaki bowl in town. Please don’t change the menu ever!! Totally worth the drive from Goodyear

I have loved Tokyo Express since I was a kid. I used to eat it almost every day when I worked at Tatum Thunderbird (RIP that location). My husband loves it too.

One of my favorite spots since I was in high school. For me, it 's a comfort food that is nostalgic. There has been some obvious changes, but the original classic 's are still served. If you haven 't already done so, it 's a definitely recommend from me!

Pleasantly surprised at quality, portion and flavor of the Bento Boxes we ordered for an early dinner (A B) but, the added side salad [upgrade, with a beverage] was a bit sad as all it contained was cut up iceberg lettuce with a bit of sesame dressing. For a walk up counter place, it's quite endearing and pleasant. It shares facilities with the next door Cherry Blossom Noodle Cafe (which is a sit down full service offering, and is delightful on its own) and for the upcoming Halloween day, has a skeleton jazz pianist ready for your requests.

3.5 stars. Not bad but not great. Very Average. Not as good as it use to be back in the 1990’s. Satisfying meal for the price. Service was good friendly staff.
