Ruby's Diner - Phoenix

This is the best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time, and the customer service is always fantastic.

Ordered a 12.00 hot dog. It was about 4 inches long and burnt to a crisp. Inedible. The burger and fries were what we expected

The burger was cooked too long and the bun fell apart. It might have been stale or just low-quality. The onion rings were soggy and oily.

The burger was overcooked, the fries were undercooked as usual, and they forgot to serve Pibb soda. This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant to date.
