Someone who said she was a current manager at this place called kassandra was very rude as I called to gain additional information about a wrong order. I asked her if I could send her a copy of the email of my reception. I sent it and she said it could take 40 minutes. I said I had time to wait and then she hanged on me. I then called back and she said I can call the online customer service number to get more information. I then asked them if there is something that can be done that she said that I can give them this number, as she said again that they did not order what they think they order at our end they then hanged them again. not only was it right to follow the order, but it was very unprofessional and lacked in knowing how to deal with such situations.
I usually love this pizza hat and the customer service, but today I have ordered a dinner box for my family, we have chosen a cheese pizza. after 40 minutes waiting time we received a pfefferoni. I called back to say they can make another one, but it would be a 1 hour delivery. no refund offered so that we agreed because we have family that do not eat meat. I live 3-4 blocks away and we just made delivery because our car has problems or we picked it up. so be careful with the order and how fresh they want to eat it.
I ordered online for the delivery of this pizza hat at 17:40 clock. the website and email received said it would last 45-55 minutes. I was waiting for over 4 hours. I called the load several times and no one would pick up, so I didn't even have the opportunity to cancel the order. I thought the pizza would come here at least an hour at night and I could eat. it was never delivered. no notification, nothing. only good was at least that they refunded my money without asking me. you probably need to order your dinner at 10:30 o'clock if you want pizza to dinner from this pizza hat.
Personally, the girls there were sweet. I ordered two personal pans. Waited a good 20-30 minutes, only for them to tell me that they didnt have personal pan pans and that they made me a medium pizza and halfed it. Normally I'd be okay with this because their medium pizza is basically a big version or a personal pan. BUT, I cannot eat Pork or Beef. So the fact that the juices and small pieces ended up on my side was very disappointing. I had to cut off an extra inch or so on each side to make sure I didn't get any of the meat. Thank you for the sweet girl with the beautiful braided hair who sympathized with me and understood my issues with meat, as she has issues with it as well. They should have told me that they didn't have personal pans in the first place.
I called this specific location for a extra sauce low cheese ? because I know they come dry and wanted to see if they would deliver..well they did deliver and they pizza looked dry as a stone topping were alright but the pizza was dry as I added Buffalo and Ranch to the pizza to live the pizza up. I also tipped the driver which I was reluctant to do based on the pizza already not the driver because you can 't help who you work for. The pizza was mediocre at best. You guys are trying to make a comeback but Barro 's and Domino 's is way better.
