Bidrage med feedbackA beautiful young lady whose name began with an A and ended (forgive me, I can't remember your name) served me on the ride back for a while. She provided first-class service and was very polite, attentive and helpful, which today cannot be said for most young people. I would definitely return to this Panda Express as I felt very welcome and the staff where friendly. Definitely one of my favorite places to get food in and around the Phoenix area
Could?ve finished filling up my plate with rice but it seems like they do it to everyone in the drive thru.
Very upset. They literally put rice at the bottom of the meat to fill the spot on a few plates I got . Just to make it seem like they put the right amount in. But when we moved the top of 3 of 5 of our meals it had half rice. I paid for the whole meal not for 90%rice...seems like they didn't have enough teriyaki and just didn't want to make more or idk. But it's shady and not right .
This was by far the worst experience I?ve ever had at ANY Panda Express. I ordered via the drive tru a very simple order. Two bowls, one with mushroom chicken, the other with teriyaki. First, they didn?t have teriyaki chicken so I had to settle for orange chicken. Which is fine, I get it. I move on to pay, the cashier then asks me to pull to their parking lot. I parked and waited for over 10min. I figured they had forgotten so I get out to talk to the front cashier. When I tell her what happened she seems confused, walks over to the drive tru a few times, comes back with my order. I rush back into my car and I forget to check my order because by this time I had wasted almost 20min waiting on them. I get home and to my surprise they forgot my mushroom chicken! They basically just sold me a bowl of rice for 6.70. I gave up on going back because it?s a 8min drive from my house. I?m never going back to this location.
This is a second bad experience I have with this establishment. The first one the food was terribly awful and the second one extremely bad management. The manager named Julio, was terribly unprofessional and was not courteous to let a patron use the provided outlet at the dining area even though I was dining by the side of the outlet as shown on the picture to charge my cellphone as I was attempting to make an emergency calls.
