Mcdonald's - Phoenix

They should be open until 12 o'clock. that means they're open. every night they have mysteriously pan in the grill or they can not make milk shakes because that is also broken. tonight I waited and 8 more cars to order for over 30 minutes! I couldn't get out of the line, cars behind couldn't move. if I could finally order, the grill is broken and I can't make shaking we have 2 big macs available! this place sucks!

Faster friendly service if I preordered on the mobile app. that is one of the cleanest mcdonald’s where I was. has joined the management team for a great work.

The food was boil to perfection or I really must have been hungry. the truth is that the service has won me. thec manager, who was slightly rude when he brought our food into the car with no ketchup and when we ask for some, he snapped and said, we did not ask at the window. that deserves no answer from me, so I saw him ask a second time if he could bring some ketchup for my hot pommes and he did. when he returned, he was a completely different person and we certainly felt the positive energy flowing from him.

I am an enthusiastic door dash user who is very bad in itself, but my experience with this particular place through the app is terrible! Not only that they follow not only food specifications that they will never make available to them without any condiments! no ketchup, no sauce for nuggets, no serviettes, and no more than a straw when ordering more than one drink. I have ordered from this place 21 times in the last 2 months and türdash has over 65 percent of what ive paid in addition to the additional credits for the inconvenience. from missing whole meals to incorrect orders were fed. I even have the distance to call the load and confirm my order and to ask for instructions, but end completely dissappointed. I hate this place personally and have begged door bag to remove this load from my order request. ever, worst I could rate negative stars, I would give them a negative million smh ughhhh!

We've lived in this area for almost a year now and this location is the one that we go to even if we pass by other locations. We mainly go here for breakfast and most of the time the line moves quickly so no matter if you're the 8th car in line or the 2nd car, you will still be done and outta here within a couple minutes. Which is something I really can appreciate when I'm having to get to work in the morning. What makes it even better is they have never messed my order up so I don't ever have to come back and ask them to fix it. I gave them 4 stars bcuz sometimes they do get slow or I do get an employee who isn't very nice but thats ok. Everyone had their bad days....
