Mcdonald's - Phoenix

One of the worst mcdonalds. they're never fast. every time they screw up their order. often they wait for 15 to 20 minutes after their order then come and bring the order while they are parked. the manager and the staff should be fired. food: 2/5

Had the filet fish for the first time ever. It was pretty good but it could have been warmer Fry's were amazing. Hot and salty just like I like them.Food: 4/5

For a Sunday morning (serves breakfast til 11am)the line moved very nicely. I had to pull to the side with a ticket sticker on my car. But still everything was organized and the service was served with smile ?Food: 5/5

Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten. You’re made to be an inconvenience when they forget something that you ordered and you asked for the item I would never go here again and if I could give them zero stars I would.

We are always asked to park for 10 to 15 minutes when using the drive thru. Plus, now when you get to the window they are not allowed to add anything to the order (fries) if it was missed. And are asked to get in line again, and wait another 15 minutes? Ridiculous! Never again for this ex-customer.
