Little Caesars Pizza - Phoenix

Well the time they gave me estimated to be ready I even got there 5 minutes past and it still wasn't ready and tell me to wait another 10 minutes I went to the drive-thru pick up thinking it was ready they charged me then they tell me it'll be another 10 minutes I'm like that's more than 40 minutes that's 50 minutes then I told him if they could just add on an extra Pizza just to figure out the difference and they said they didn't have nothing ready they were behind and I said isn't it online is supposed to be better but I was just very upset with the employees attitude in the Drive-Thru and had me wait additional 10 minutes more than what they said it would be ready

I ordered an order online and my wife went to get then, SURPRISE, they gave my order to someone else.Multiple people were waiting as well, who were also very upset. they said they would make a new order (pretzel crust and thin crust pepperoni) so ok fine. Took over 25 minutes. Then get home to eat the thin crust was cold. Then they gave me a regular crust pepperoni instead of a Pretzel crust. They decided to sprinkle salt on the regular crust thinking it's OK. Just wasn't a good experience.

Anthony Cashier did amazing job helping me with my order, was very polite and patient. Excellent worker, definitely coming back. Thank you Anthony!

Wasn't very good waited almost thirty five minutes and the pizza was still doughy. Employees were rude also.

I know there have been a lot of negative reviews lately so I wanted to leave a positive that happened to me recently. On Thursday 11/30, I ordered on the app for pickup. Wanted a crazy bread stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The girl at the drive thru window was very apologetic and said they were out of the cheese they use for that crust. She was very professional and nice. They more than compensated for the extra cost of that pizza. I wish I had gotten her name. They were super busy and I just wanted to show my appreciation on here for the great customer service I received that evening. The food was fresh also. Thank you!!
