Jamba Juice - Phoenix

Ordered through the app, and added my half off reward, which came to $5 and some change. Once I paid, it took over $10. The store said call corporate, and corporate said (to sum it up) too bad so sad. Use the reward on your next visit... I will not beordering from the app anymore. Not sure if I'll want any Jamba in the future. There are other smoothie places I haven'ttried.????

I've gotten incorrect drinks here. I've gotten a partially blended drink that had very noticeable chunks in it. Manager wouldn't replace the drink when I brought it in because I drank part of it. Another visit I asked to use the bathroom they said I neededto buy something even though I already said I was going to. When I got access to the bathroom they kept pounding on the door tocheck up on me. Apparently you can't use the bathroom longer than 5 mins. I'm not homeless I don't need to be treated as such.Horrible experience at this location and ashamed to say I frequent it.

Clean, consistent, friendly. This location was a visit on Sunday. I never have to wait long. You always do my smoothies exactly as it is a perk. The oatmeal is bomb! I recommend honey and brown sugar toppings!

I love Jamba Juice and the staff at this location. They always treat me well and I enjoy the free birthday drink rewards. My favorite drinks are the Watermelon juice, apple juice, and the mixed blend of banana, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. It's all blended perfectly and tastes amazing.

I visit this restaurant when the kids are at school. There is typically one person who opens the restaurant by themselves. They always open on time, or even a little early, and maintain a friendly demeanor, even when there are five customers waiting. The restaurant is always clean, but I feel bad for the worker who handles everything alone. They are a hard worker who treats everyone well, and my drink is always made perfectly. They could use some help.
