Ihop - Phoenix

Our server was friendly, friendly and gracious, and eating was good. Unfortunately, we were slowly welcome when we came in and are slowly served to our eating after our order. just as we were involved in our time, one of the children in our group wanted a box and our server brought one as he was looking for who was to ask. I was impressed by her proactive service.

I have my order so I can't comment. I found the person in the preregister very friendly and helpful. for me this is a big plus. I find it quite insulting to be served by a person acting as if they don't want to be there, and they don't want me there either. When I came home, eating was still warm and pleasant to eat. do they do that I didn't go past the recipe, I can't comment anything else, and I can't give in good sense more than four stars.

Ihop is a clip that we all know, but if connected with great prompt service, something must be given praise! eating was hot and in 15 minutes to us. our server was attentive and not overlaid. our entire experience lasted about an hour. I come back to this place! food: 4/5

Worst unprofessional business ever. ignored for over 20 minutes at the door. customers running on the back, ask for help. waiter screaming over the restaurant. very badly ran and managed. as chef cook for over 12 years this is a shameful excuse for a restaurant. only good is that the cook on the line had its head down and concentrated. Ihop has an app only restaurant called thrilled cheese and I ordered from them. The sandwich was good. Fries are horrible as they arrive cold (nearly impossible to get fresh fries delivered, I understand) but the real thing is...delivery only...the price was over $40 without a drink when all fees were paid and a tip for the driver. Way too expensive for what you 're getting. The food itself was $23 so nearly double to get it delivered isn 't reasonable. I was able to get reimbursed or if have never tried it.
