Hatch-it: Green Chile Burgers Tacos

As a born and raised New Mexican now living in Phoenix, I can say that the Green Chile Santa Fe burger was hands down the best green chile burger outside of Albuquerque. 12/10 will absolutely order again.

They read the special instructions 3/10 times you order from them. Also their tacos are FILLED with green chilis making them extremely spicy (depending on tolerance obviously). More green chilis than meat sometimes, its insane. Not consistent. BUT when they read the instructions, theyre delicious.

The rice in my burrito was crunchy and the cheese in my sons bean burrito tasted moldy. Posole and burger were good though.

Delicious Mexican food like they make in Southern Colorado and New Mexico, that tastes like it came from your moms or aunts kitchen. Home-made thin and crispy chips that are delicious. The owners take pride in the quality and flavor of the food they sell. I am a big fan of Hatch-It.

Their green chili beef is amazing! I love any of their dishes with it!
