The food tastes amazing the hamburgers tastes like a hamburger when I order I got everything fresh they even have deals for $7 yes I will go again and again to dairy Queen

Honestly, I took a while to decide on whether to leave this review because we used to love coming here. I have always had great experiences with the employees. However today a male manager was quite rude and short with me while explaining that ?that theydon?t do it that way? over and over. There was an accusatory hint in these because he said it won?t change the price if I didn?twant the sundae. I honestly didn?t care about the price. I was fine to let that slide. I get we all have days of irritation. Idecided to just go with the two ice creams we ordered and the employee who helped us was so incredibly kind. We get home and Iwas almost completely finished with my rootbeer float when I get a strange piece of something in my mouth that did not tastelike ice cream. I quickly dug through the ice cream and found a short hair and some very dark discolored looking ice cream.Unfortunately I won?t be going back.

I did a grub hub pick up order, it said it was ready at 825, I got there at 830, order was already nothing extra I needed but the dairy queen refused to give me my order, until I went thru the drive thru, I waited an extra 30 minutes in line and by thetime I got my food, it was cold, it wasnt correct and my blizzard was melted what a waste; do not get a pick order thinking it'sgoing to be quick, you will be disappointed

Two words for ya SUPER YUMMY! Great improvements in customer service drive through lines and product availability. The management is AMAZING! Super friendly makes sure your stuff is right. Takes care of you if it's wrong. Who DOESN'T love dairyqueen!?

Service sucks no bags they give you the ice cream first and still have to wait on the food and exit on the enter side still waiting everything is melting I guess it?s hard to make a hamburger and ice cream and just two chicken tenders for kids meal.Don?t know how to give the Blame to the parents or the the managers food before dessert for the common sense in the 100 degreeheat or is it that hard to cook a burger????????????
