Chili's - Phoenix

Friday after a long day at work went here to go. order a few foods that are asked for no cheese that they have grounded this on my order! my hen was cold, had to cook at home. the purpose of going out is to enjoy eating as a restaurant industry, its task is to satisfy the customer needs.

The third time I tried to come here, and they have no one to work: takes at least 30 minutes to get everything, no matter when they come.

I came with my family, there were barely tables, and we were sure we were served soon. We have asked to be moved to another table and we are declining, that is understandable. but the disregard they need to serve other families around us while they ignore my family. we were in front, so everyone just saw us ignored. blonde girl with glasses, they knew it obviously. you talked to my father. it's obvious why you work there. my father even said that after 15 minutes waiting no one served us. but thanks for finding the restaurant right next to them, which is much better at the severing people.

So not only did they listen the order was hot and ready. So props to the cooks thank you guys for burning my meat and I'm being so serious it's a weird thing to do but I'm weird and love it. They did that service was great the girl who took my order was awesome and the the girl can't say if it was the same girl who brought my food and took my payment was amazing. Thank you guys for all y'all put up with and do great job

The hostess was not exactly pleasant, but she wasn't grouchy either. The bartender was awesome, she was polite and made small talk. Was quick to get our orders and drinks. The food was great, cooked properly and tasted very good
