The overall service was very mediocre. Our Server was very kind but lost track of requests and seemed preoccupied. Food very high quality. We did order one dessert but were served 2 and were told no charge and I missed it on bill until today. Would return but would expect MUCH better service.
Attentive and professional staff. Beautiful ambiance and architecture. The drinks are fantastic. Most of the food items were very good. The only disappointment was the prawn and scallop dish. It was presented on the menu and by the server (both) as a shareable dish for 2 people at $80. It came with rice, 3 scallops, and 3 shrimp, only. The shrimp weren't even that large. It was not enough protein to be a shared dish. Plus, it came with no other sides. The menu clearly stated it's served with warm tortillas and 3 different sauces. Yet, it came with none. And the server clarified that it wasn't included. So, we had to order more food for the 2 guests who were left hungry.
The ambiance was excellent. My date thoroughly enjoyed the sea bass, and the drinks were very good, although I've had better lamb elsewhere. It's worth noting that I ordered from the Valentine's Day menu (my date did not). The oysters were exceptional! Overall, everything was delightful, and we'll definitely return. I must also mention that our server was fantastic!
I went here for cocktails and an appetizer to start my evening, but was disappointed at the service of this restaurant. I was charged $10 for water that I never drank I don’t understand how they can charge you for something like that without asking if you want it. The other restaurants and bars at the Biltmore have much better service and a friendly atmosphere.
