Awful. The breakfast burrito has shrunk to less than half of what it has usually been, all while the prices just keep going up. Brought it up to the manager and she said "that 's just how they make them "For reference, I 've had burritos from here comparable to filibertos portions. Wouldn 't recommend.

Terrible food service I went on a slow day and they were laughing in the background super unprofessional and instead of combo 3 they gave me totally something different didn’t go back on how tired I was.

I am from canada. tried first time jack in box. i heard alot but they give me burned chicken patty. it was more like it was just reheated again. same like my jaleopeno bites was not fresh. i walked all the way from truck stop parking to try jack in box. sorry i wasn’t too happy. i ll try again. ?

If you don't know Spanish it's going to be hard to communicate there
