Culver’s - Phoenix

Food was good, customer service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

This was my first time going to this Culver's, after they closed the on by the Metro Mall and I can say it's ok place I enjoy the service even though they didn't get most of my order right. But other than that I definitely enjoyed the food, I love to see a juicy burger that's not smashed down like other burger places do and I love their amazing meat you can tell that it's actually real meat and seasoned perfectly.

What has happened to your burgers? They used to be really juicy and full of flavor. Today's was flattened to nothing and black. Have these become smashburgers? Terrible waste of beef.

I think they have the best chicken tenders, unfortunately they do not have the sesame Ginger sauce anymore. Crinkle cut fries are very good.

My sister my brother in law had cod, they really liked it but wasn't too crazy about the coleslaw, I had a cheese burger with fried onions, cheese curds, it was pretty good, the price of the burger was a little pricey, The curb by the entrance was VERY HIGH UP, the RAMP was way back near the back of the restaurant ?
