Service food was good I order Chicken nuggets alternate days here they make it fresh.

What a horrible experience at Burger King yesterday! They took my $15 gift card last time I went and I bought about $9 worth of stuff on it. This time I expected there to be at least $6 left that I could use to buy some food.No! They said the balance was EMPTY! Empty! ZERO oney on my card! They stole the remaining money from my card and refused to honor it. Can I prove this? Of course not! I shouldn't have to. I learned my lesson now, never go back to that place!I had made a sale earlier in the day for thousands of dollars. I don't need the $6. But they took it away from me. Lesson learned! UPDATE THEY FINALLY DID FIX THE PROBLEM AND I RECOVERED THE MONEY THAT HAD DISAPPEARED. BUT AFTER MAKING ABOUT 5 ATTEMPTS TO USE A GIFT CARD ONE WOULD EXPECT AN OFFER OF A FREE WOPPER OR EVEN A SMALL DRINK OR SOMETHING. NOTHING. FINAL CONVO WITH THEM AND I HAVE NO PLANS TO USE THAT BURGER KING.

A gentleman and I waited for our food when we heard the conversation between a male and female employee.They were talking about tattoos and piercings. The male employee asked the female if she knew what a Prince Albert piercing was. He described in detail what it was and how the piercing was done.The male employee spoke to her loud enough that we could hear them clearly.That 's just wrong. I won 't use that restaurant location ever again

Over charge and foods usually incorrect or cold tried the new candied whopper asked for cheese didn't get it bacon wasn't cooked and there was none of that bacon jam they higher ups don't care so the employees

I'm a fan of burger King but this burger king charged me for a bacon king and gave me no bacon on my burger and fries where oh so cold and the services was through the floor horrible ppl work there so
