Eclipse Sky - Phnom Penh

A breezy place to hangout with friends. Plus point they have live band at night. Love the atmosphere here and the view is super. Not able to give full stars on the food as I didn't managed to try the food. The cocktail was great and the price is reasonable. Shall return again to tryout their food

This is a very good place in Cambodia. Foods were very delicious. And superb view.

Enjoyed a couple of beers here, is a nice venue with great views. One slight disappointment is that the edge of the rooftop terrace is surrounded by a string of quite large light bulbs. While this might add to the ambiance of the terrace it detracts from the view. Otherwise a lovely place.

Dinner for two and 2 cocktails during happy hour was 40$ , not bad. The view was fantastic. If you happen to have a binocular, bring it. My burger was great but the missus opted in for the pasta w/ scallop, regretted it lol it wasn't bad it's just not good.

The view is amazing at the 23th floor of this building called Princr Phnom Penh Tower. Not crowded if you go in earlier. Can contact to reserve good seats. The service was pretty good, except one of the staffs was pretty unfriendly, because we tried to order for drinks before the opening time (which we we're unaware). The cocktails starts from $4 or more. Overall, we spent on 3 drinks and a plate of snacks, average to $7 per person.
