Starbucks - Philadelphia

This place always seems to prescribe my order. for the second time, my drink was given away. the bakery and the food will always run out. I order an article by the app and when I get into the load, they seem magically run out. the girl behind the counter was friendly enough to give me a $5 gift card and was very apologetic. I hope that's not going on, or I have to find my coffee on another place.

I order the same basic drink at every Starbucks and at this location, it’s very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s too strong, sometimes it’s watery. I don’t drink sugar and always have “stevia” listed on mobile order as the sweetener for my drink. One time I picked up my drink and it was sickeningly sweet like syrup. Stevia and simple syrup don’t taste the same. I was afraid to say anything, so I threw the drink away and wasted almost $5. Today, the same thing happened, and I didn’t want to throw $5 away again, so I waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (I had to get in line, since no one at the counter would acknowledge me) and I told the staff member “I want to confirm this was made with stevia, because it’s extremely sweet”. She just said “well, we’ll make a new one if that’s what you want”. Ok. She then proceeded to make the remake so, incredibly, slow. Slower than I’ve seen someone move in a while. When I finally got my new drink, it tasted as it should. The first drink was made incorrectly, and that’s not my fault, so wasting my time was uncalled for.Also, this location has inconsistent hours and will sometimes randomly be closed during hours they are supposed to open. The staff seems to often be different. There’s one employee I’ve had a friendly interaction with, while the rest always seem disgruntled.

I just walked into this Starbucks and realized that I had ordered from the wrong store. Jason, one of the staff members, happily offered to make my order for me. It is experiences like these that make people loyal to a specific Starbucks. Thanks again, Jason!

Staff here is so friendly. They make sure everyone is happy and are so kind. Big fan.
