Ritz Diner - Philadelphia

Basic diner with reasonable prices. Server was friendly but a little all over the place. Accidentally over charged our bill but tried to have it corrected. Finally got it right after I did the math for the 2 guys at the register. Food was good. Just the basic 2 egg breakfast. Would eat here again.Food: 4/5

It's a diner. Eating out is expensive. For $13, I had corned beef sandwich on rye. It was pretty good, decent portion of meat. It came with soup and I got matzo ball, it was very good. The coleslaw was not more than a mouthful, the pickle was the size of my thumb and the fries weren't very hot crispyFood: 3/5

Hi we were looking for a late dinner asked a friend where we could go and she suggested the Ritz Diner. The menu was great but what caught our attention was that they also serve breakfast. We both ordered the cream chipped beef over toast with a generous side of hash brown potatoes and 2 flavored ice teas. It was awesome when the waitress delivered our food and it was tasty, hot and the serving portions were good. The price was reasonable and the waitress was stopping by asking if we needed anything like drink refills.

My mom has been telling me about this place for years. Finally got to try it. The food is good and plentiful. But the service is amazing. Everyone we encountered were quick and friendly. Kicking myself for waiting so long.Food: 5/5
