New Olympia House Inc - Philadelphia

I'm originally from Philly and currently live in Delaware. When I come back to visit my Mom, we usually go out to eat. we usually go to Quaker diner, her favorite or 4 seasons on the Blvd. This time I wanted to go somewhere different and close and found this restaurant on Google. I'm glad I did, our food was tasty and hot. Our waitress, Chris was the best. I will definitely be adding this to our places to eat when I visitAlso the place is not to big and not to small, just the right size to be comfortable. A good corner Philly diner feel to it!!

Being that this was my first time here.I was very impressed. We had breakfast in the evening. The banana pancakes were very light.The scrapple omelet with grits is awesome. The service made me desire to return. Actually we are going back on Saturday. Meet a wonderful person who said we made her day, but she made ours.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice, easy-to-use ramp to get in.

Food was better when I ate in. When I ordered for pick up, the food was not that good. Also they forgot my dessert. Had to come back twice for them to get the dessert right. I won’t be returning!Food: 3/5

The strawberry margarita was just how I like it..Strong!! Steak was cooked to my perfection.. Waitresses were quite helpful and attentive..Food: 4/5

I am a returning customer, and on April 16, 2023, I entered this location thinking I would get coffee and a slice of cheesecake and I had left without getting what I wanted due to two waitress. As one was showing me the table which I was to sit, I asked to sit somewhere else she agreed and I sat down. Another waitress came out and asked if I could sit at the counter seating area. This afternoon, everyone was sitting close together, and the waitress didn't want to walk too far to do her job. It will be a while before I visit this location again hopefully I get better service.
