Mizu Sushi Bar - Philadelphia

I had a great time here. It’s very small, but it feels like a very cozy atmosphere. The food here was excellent too!

The best Sushi Bar that makes you feel like family when your there. Very fresh food and made just as you see it on the pictures. So glad that Mizu is back open now my daughter and wife can get all the sushi they want now. My daughter is 8 years old and been eating Mizu Sushi since she was 3 years old. She is going to be happy that they open back up. Very good place to eat Sushi. MIZU Sushi Bar the best ever.

Over the last year, I have come here often for lunch and occasionally for dinner. I can’t speak for their more expensive special rolls, but their smart roll (4 different half rolls of your choosing, 16 pieces total) is definitely worth the price. If you get their lunch special you basically get a free miso soup with the smart roll, which is always pretty good. I also recommend their takoyaki. I’ve never had any issues with the staff, the couple who serve customers (I assume they also own the place) have always been very nice. The food always comes out in a timely manner. It’s not the best sushi I’ve ever had, but it’s a great affordable spot if you want sushi.

My fiancé and I did a takeout and had the shrimp and chicken tempura. We both feel sick to our stomachs. Both chicken and shrimp were stale. Also, you can tell the Wasabi and ginger were stale as well.Food: 1/5

Walked over for my lunch break. Ordered some food. The lady at the register seems to be annoyed with me, sometimes not responding to me at all. But the quality of the food made up for it. I got the cheapest rolls and they were delicious. And reasonably priced.Food: 4/5
