Excellent, eat with outdoor experience...beware of fast moving busses and outdoors close to rear dump trucks.

My friend and I came to BarLy yesterday evening and were immediately greeted and seated. Our waiter was Joe and he was PHENOMENAL! Joe literally remembered our entire order without writing anything down and didn’t forget a thing. Why is this impressive? Well, we ordered about 7-10 appetizers and 6 cocktails. We made it JUST in time for 6:30pm happy hour. Joe made sure our glasses stayed full and any used/finished plates were removed from our table. He was VERY social. EVERYTHING we ordered was great, per the usual. My favorite appetizers are the “money/golden pouches” and calamari. The pineapple martini is awesome and def has a kick. The place was very clean definitely in respect of social distancing. I wish I lived closer because I would basically live there! Not sure about the other servers there, but if they’re anything like Joe....they will be great! BarLy- dont ever let Joe go!

Cracking drinks and great service. Next time in the City of Brotherly Love will be attending again.

The restaurant was vibrant and the service was excellent! The food and drinks were also amazing. I will definitely be back! Happy hour specials are great!
