Longhorn Steakhouse - Philadelphia

It was nice my son wanted longhorn so we went everything was nice.

Place is awesome our server Justin was excellent and very welcoming! The steak was delicious

Crusted parmesan chicken was great. Others had either filet or New york strip, all very good. The wait staff was friendly and did not wait long for the food.

The service sucks. First I was told there would be a 20 min wait to be seated after 40 minutes of waiting I decided to just order curbside. When I received the text saying my curbside pick up was ready I then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my food. Only to get home and realize items were missing from my order. I called the restaurant the manager Chris assured me the food would be waiting for me to come back. I get back only to have to wait another 6 minutes for my food. Not to mention the attitude I received and no apology and the presentation of the food was horrible. I will never go to this location again. I’m a restaurant owner myself and couldn’t imagine giving horrible customer service as such!!!

The service was good. The menu did not have many items to choose from. I went there with a friend. We ordered wing well done and they weren't crispy at all and had no sauce on them so they can't use sauce as an excuse. The chopped steak was ok. The mashed potatoes had an excessive amount of butter so if you need your digestive system flushed out that'll do the job while clogging your arteries at the same time ? If there is an Outback Steakhouse, a Texas Roadhouse, or any other steakhouse option I would go there before I go here again. I didn't plan on reviewing this place or I would have taken pictures.
