Han Dynasty - Philadelphia

I ordered the Kung Pao Style (3), which is rated 3/10 for heat. The photo shows the amount of red peppers in 1/2 the generous portion I received. BEWARE! If you dont like your food "hot spicy", specify that when ordering. This was way too hot for me and while I have no issue with the food quality/amount, my experience was negatively impacted by the heat. I can only imagine what a 6-8/10 heat index is like! I apos;m sure that I would find it inedible . Be careful.

Dry Dry Pepper Style (8). tofu has me in a headlock!!!! consistently tasty! consistently high quality! and when you ask for spicy....they bring the spice! Hands down my favorite (and go to) Chinese place. worth it!

I'd give them six stars if I could. Eating is just so delicious the Dan noodles are the best I ever had, and I tried it in several restaurants in different cities. also, yell for the kumin lamb and black buzz fish!

I normally love Han Dynasty and would rate it a 5. However, they don’t have the string beans with minced pork option on their online ordering menu even though they have it in the in-store menu. This means I’ve had to call in my order instead of just through the website. The most recent order I was put on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes and eventually the call ended. Then when I had picked up the order and gone home I was missing one of the items on the order.

I have had fried rice and lo mein here which is good. But the garlic sauce fried chicken was ok. The sauce was good but the fried chicken tasted a couple days old or so.
