I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and it was so good! The barista was so sweet, and the charcoal iced latte was delicious! (It’s not really charcoal, just looks like it. Tastes like a bunch of different types of nuts with coconut ?)Food: 5/5

The food has always been good and fresh. However, I placed an order for pick up at 12:17 pm. I come in at 12:25, and the food is not ready. They tell me they didn’t make my food because I didn’t come. How is me coming precisely at 12:17 related to order being ready?I still decided to wait for food because I was really hungry.They brought me omelet with bacon and croissant in separate boxes. I asked if it was a sandwich as I ordered croissant sandwich. They told me I could make a sandwich myself. I did not say anything in person, but it shows extreme lack of service and no care for customers.I would love to keep coming back for food. But, sadly, I really don’t feel welcome there.

They have a nice selection of pastries (including cannolis) and drinks (like Nutella latte, charcoal latte), and sandwiches! I got a cold brew Nitro coffee with oat milk and it hit the spot
