Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

I understand that you want to close up and clean the restaurant but all of the options should be available especially that it’s all prepped beforehand and just needs to be maintained warm. I shouldn’t walk in and have one protein option. Didn’t even bother and left. Chipotle service and quality has gone way down hill since going public. I’ll be avoiding and rather eat off the fridge from the 7/11 across the street.

Not great, not bad either. I wish I could give half stars, so I could rate this place at 2.5 because it is the definition of mid. I asked for double chicken and the lad put a single spoonful of chicken in and thought that was double. I was mortified as I stood, shaking with pulpable rage. Cheap food tho. Only go if you have to, there are better chipotles.

Worst chipotle I ever had missing almost every sauce I ordered on two items this place blows

I placed a pick up order which come sealed and I had to walk back several blocks home before I could open it. Upon opening it i noticed there was one order of 3 veggie tacos missing. The queso and chips were terrible, the dip was right out of a fridge still congealed and the chips were completely stale. I could not get anyone on the phone and I wasn't going to walk back in 95 degree heat. I know a refund is probably more hassle than it's worth so best I can do is warn people not to get take out from this location.

I ordered 5 meals for pick up and all of were prepared incorrectly. Every order was missing ingredients and very sloppy. I was also missing an additional sides of chips and guac in addition to guac on all the orders. Its upsetting since you charge $3.20 for the addition of guac and I only received one order of it. I hope you take steps to improve your quality of service.
