Brue Craft Wurst - Philadelphia

Server was so sweet, but the hostess was rude and has not confirmed our reservation that should be out and she sat us inside.

After I had reserved a week in advance for two couples (open table), I called the day before to ask a table of the extremely loud against the bar, I spoke with xxxxx who assured me that she would save a table for us, and that she would work. When we arrived, she informed me that she had forgotten and had only one more table. next to the bar. we spent the entire meal to keep a talk about the deaf sound. it was a terrible experience! if it had not been a Saturday night (and no other restaurant to go) we would have run out.

The service was terrible. we had a reservation and sat from the host and then waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table no water, nothing. When we finally got the attention of a server, she took another 5 minutes to take our order for drinks or eating. while we were sitting there for 25 minutes, we noticed that no tables had eaten, several tables were unsuccessful trying to get their attention, and a table asked for the manager with what seemed like some angry complaining. I usually do not consider restaurants, but this experience was terrible and no one worked in restaurant, including management, seemed to care. the food was good when we finally got it, but we got the wrong food for the first time and had to ask for cutlery and serviettes. we are not going back.

We had a table for 8, to celebrate a birthday in bru. everything was good except the service. the waitress lasted 10 minutes to get to the table at first and went down from there. we had to wait 30 minutes until they returned to food orders. Eating came in a reasonable time, but we missed the birthday boy dinner. the waitress didn't come back to check us out until she brought the ****. I had to go upstairs and tell her in the kitchen that the dinner was missing. She apologized and committed to it, but it was a disappointing experience.

Smash Burgers were a hit, but the schnitzel and spätzle were just ok and pretty greasy. Our waitress was very nice, but hard to find when we needed her. A great place for young people, it was very loud inside and the bar scene looked fun if you were in your 20s or early 30s.
