Domino's Pizza - Petersburg

I ordered a pizza online for delivery and the estimate time was a hour. I waited my hour and it seemed like it 's been a little longer. So I went to go check my tracker and it says the order has been canceled. I didn 't cancel any order so I called, the associate that answer the phone says we 're not taking any orders and hung up on me. Now I don 't mind that you 're not taking any orders That 's fine. But orders previous to when y 'all made the decision or online orders could have at least got a courtesy call. And I checked my profile my number, it was listed, My email was correct. So to not get that courtesy call has me livid!!! I tried to do a customer support claim and whats funny is it tells me I cannot do a customer support claim until my pizza is delivered

Corporate, military, or regular customers beware. This facility has perfected the ability of performing a run around to get out of work. They will use exercises such as the delivery will be an hour late, we are short staffed, we have an automated system, and so on and so forth) The manager and management are working diligently in affectively running the clock in order to not have to deliver let alone cook food DURING their operation hours as specified. Working together as a well oiled procrastinating team unified to bleed the clock until time has been passed to justify that they are closed. If you do call to make an order it’s in your best interest to call an hour prior to their specified operation hours end time. They have more important things to deal with than cater to their customers.

This place took over an hour to deliver my pizza. I live 7 minutes away. Tracker said it was waiting for the driver for over 30 minutes. If this place isn’t staffed enough, make it carry out only. People are nice. Pizza barely warm from taking an hour

Terrible. Just dont... waste of time and money. Ordered at 6:30, delivered at 9:04. Called an hour later after ordering and they said they would include a Sprite to make up for the delay. They sure did not include the Sprite. They confirmed they haven't even started my order and it would be next. An hour and a half later it's at my door. Wing sauce was burnt. Pasta was beyond done. Food was reheated to seem hot. In reality the majority was cold. Never again. I then proceed to order from Papa John's at 8:29. Papa John's arrived at 8:50. Meanwhile, my order from Dominos was out for delivery at 8:53.. Just don't even attempt to find out for yourself.

The order on the line process is fast and convenient. Eating is Tracy when I pick it up. I flash my lights and my food will be brought to me. Love it!
