Under A Desert Moon - PETERMANN

Among a Desert Moon tasting dinner was the highlight of our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better night with moon shining up and excellent service. The Sounds of Silence Dinner in Ulurayu. Small, but more personalized and intimate. It is worth staying at Kings Canyon.

That was worth every cent. If you have to wear the shocking expensive cabins, then do this dinner. It's a fantastic evening. If you go to Uluru and choose which dinner outdoors to do, then do this under the desert moon.... It is 100% better than the sound of silence. We had here in the Kings Canyon Sparkling and Canapés on the lawn, followed by a beautifully decorated table with flame illumination. Serves 5 courses all excellent with matching wines. It couldn't have been better. I will rave over this dinner, but you can not only travel there for dinner of this quality and stay in such budget accommodation, so it is a difficult scenario. Congratulations to the cook and waitress.

Our host, Sky did our night. The food and wine was wonderful, all at the central fire pit. All on Bush foods, but in an elegant setting at Kings canyon Resort.. Sky was so friendly, and she told us about food and wine in every course. It was a wonderful experience.

What an incredible experience! The food was fantastic and paired perfectly with the wines. I had never tried Kangaroo before, but decided to give it a shot and it ended up being a standout dish of the evening, cooked to perfection. Chef Jonty made an effort to visit every table throughout the night to discuss the menu and explain each course. It was truly a memorable experience and the best dining option in the area.

Our experience dining at the Kings Canyon resort was truly delightful. Host Tony and chef Jonti curated a top-notch selection of dishes, including pulled kangaroo and barramundi cooked in a unique and delicious style, paired with selected wines. The setting was intimate and relaxing, with couples seated under flame lamps around a pit fire. Tony and Jonti's passion and talent shone through in this fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended.
