Tim Hortons - Peterborough

Went here today and the girls were rude. One girl was rude while I was ordering, and another girl was rude at the window when i told her she gave me the wrong order. There was no reason for the rudeness.

Good quick service, I always get the chicken wrap and a chocolate chill , really good.

This Tim Hortons used to be my favourite but there’s just something not right with the coffee lately. Many times I’ve gone and been disappointed in the quality of the hot iced coffee or drinks are not made correctly. Its clear the staff are overworked, there is way too much on the menu for them to focus on quality. Spoke to the owners who were kind enough, after giving me attitude and raising their voice, to refund my coffee. Then basically told me to go to Starbucks since I don’t like the coffee they serve. Poor customer service, I won’t be supporting this place any more.
