Cote Brasserie Peterborough

I recently tried the Sunday for two deal at this restaurant, which costs £25 per person. The meal includes steak, chicken, and pork belly with a choice of three sides. I was thoroughly impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. I will definitely be returning for this meal in the future.

Our visit to the restaurant was very pleasant, but we felt that the staff could have used an extra person. Despite this, they managed to handle the situation well.

We celebrated my grandma's birthday at this restaurant, and they had put out a card and made a nice gesture at the beginning, which was appreciated. However, it seemed like our table was not assigned to a specific server. We had to flag down someone to take our order after waiting 25 minutes for drinks, and the same happened when our food took another 20 minutes to arrive. The same was true for our mains and getting the bill. We had booked the table for 2.5 hours as we were going to a show later that night, but the slow service meant that we had to skip dessert and were nearly late for the show. The food was decent but nothing exceptional for the price. The staff were friendly when they did serve us, but they were not very attentive, especially considering it was for an 86th birthday celebration.

Just be happy with star rating, an expectation that people want to write a comment that is dictated to them telling them how long it should be.It is totally unrealistic.

Regular clients at Cote any Cote but Peterborough is home, always consistently great and on this occasion we both went for the set 4 course and completely blown away by the food, keep it up you are great at doing the everyday day thing in a faultless manner
