Burger King - Peterborough

Absolutely no problem, decent food waiting time, clean seating area and food quality as expected. Staff cleaning frequently. Went there twice in a week so must have been alright.

To start with the positive point, the food was very tasty. However, the restaurant is small and extremely dirty. It seemed like there were no staff members on the floor to maintain cleanliness. I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant before. As we were about to leave and take our child out of her high chair, a staff member suddenly appeared and started moving chairs around to clean up. It was a shame that she didn't clean the dirty tables first and waited until we were done. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I waited for about 15 minutes for my order, only to be informed that they were unable to cook an Angus burger due to a broken broiler. It was strange that they could still cook other types of burgers. The staff also questioned me when I asked for a full refund, which seemed unnecessary. This experience has likely deterred me from choosing Burger King over McDonald's in the future.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, hot, and delicious. The service is also fantastic, with the staff being very happy, friendly, and having big smiles. A thumbs up to Natasha, the shift manager, who was working hard and efficiently despite the busy atmosphere. We dined in because the restaurant was clean and lovely. We will definitely be returning with our family.

The fries were undercooked and the double bacon cheese burger was tiny. My husband's fries were undercooked too and he didn't eat them. Don't go.
