I made a reservation for 1 pm. When I got there they said they were closing. Their website said they were open till 2pm. Very disappointed. Some one needs to change the info on their website.

Arrived at hotel restaurant to find they were closed! I was told they did not serve lunch and closed at 1 pm, even though their website and Open Table says they are open. What a disappointing birthday celebration experience !

Nobody was working at the restaurant so had to sit in the bar. Ordered the rib eye and it was horrible. Was not seasoned at all as well as everything else on the plate. My husband had the New York steak and didn’t like it either. Came with weird, huge pieces of deep fried vegetables that were inedible .

I initially made my reservations through open table for 8. I contacted the restaurant directly several times to increase the number. We had a party of 14 and they were wonderful about the reservation process. The service staff was great but our meals came out in 2 waves about 15 minutes apart which was awkward for our guests.

I booked an 11:00 table for Mother’s Day brunch. We got there on time and waited for seating. By 11:20 the hostess shared that she had no access to reservations made on Open Table. There was a huge line of others who had also booked tables but didn’t really have a reservation. We left in frustration. They should be removed from Open Table. These reservations go into a black hole.
