Jack In The Box - Petaluma

The restaurant was very quiet, almost like a ghost town. The staff seemed to have trouble hearing and messed up my order twice. However, the food was still good. It's Jack's!

I wish their app was functioning properly to redeem points for food. I am starting to have a negative impression of the overall Jack in the Box experience. It feels like they are promoting their app but making it hard to actually use your points when you want to. It's disappointing.

Customer service was not friendly and kinda abrupt or rude when getting our order. Place was clean and the dining area was kept like a walk in ice box. Very cool.

Super friendly service. Wide variety of menu items to appeal to many tastes.
