Starbucks - Petaluma

The Drive thru folks are always amazing and kind and honestly so cheerful! I love this one!

My mother was treated horribly at this Starbucks by the so called Manager or Shift leader named Joe. He tried to charge my mother MORE for our drinks and even messed them up as well. Not to mention verbally assaulting my mother for not Hurrying up and paying . It also seems like most of the people who work there and trying to protect him, since most did not want to give her his name. Really sad that these type of people can work in as a manager. Sadly I cannot say the things I would say to you here Joe , But I hope you learn to not speak to people in that manner of way.

This is the best, most efficient Starbucks with the best and most friendly staff. All the baristas here deserve a raise.

This is the only drive-through Starbucks in Petaluma. Great service great staff and of course yummy coffee drinks.

Watery flavorless mocha Frappuccino. Shouldn't quality be consistent in a chain coffee house? I won't be stopping here again!
