Lovely wine store, where the gentleman is very knowledgeable of the wines he sells and is happy to discuss the wines and make recommendations.

On 01/12/22 at 7 p.m. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. Needing advice, I went to the cash register where there was a blonde lady who works at this establishment. She was on the phone, I thought she was going to hang up or at least tell me to wait a few minutes. Not at all, she just walked into the next room completely ignoring me. After 15 minutes of being ignored I got fed up and left. This experience was really unpleasant.

Choose in products, in prices. Always advised by a friendly team. A loyalty program. Hello. Gift ideas accessories. I consume little but I make 100% of my purchases at the Pessac counter.
