Baita Pescate

After an enjoyable hike we settled down to a lunch of delicious Polenta and Roast Chicken at this lovely mountain cabin eatery open only at scheduled times. Seeing the flag from a distance on our hike was a clue that we could find something wonderful and we did! The sunny mountain views were unbelievable from our outside picnic table. Yes it was November, and yes, others were warm and cozy inside by the fireplace however, we arrived with no reservations and were graciously seated and served by the proprietor. This was delightful we will return in September, hopefully to find it open once again! Thank you so much for the hospitality!
