Cipasso offers pan pizza, my favorite. The dough, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the quality of the ingredients used, carefully selected by the owner, make this pizza simply impeccable. The owner welcomed us with a warm smile and unparalleled kindness, making us feel at home. His telling us about each ingredient used revealed his passion for his work. Furthermore, we really appreciated the possibility of consuming on the spot, allowing us to enjoy the slices we chose while still hot and crunchy.
