Rossini Bistrot - PESARO

Rossini Bistrot is a fantastic little restaurant. We had the 4-course menu, Franciacorta and their open Rosso Piceno, all really good. We've been working for a week through the better Pesaros restaurants and that's the best so far. Creative and perfectly cooked a really nice change of the standard grilled fish and pasta. We felt very welcome and at home. If we can, we'll come back before we go.

We ate here twice during our vacation. Excellent food, good service and a different wine card. But the best is the excellent pastas and courses with tartufo
