Bidrage med feedbackFarmhouse that also serves as a restaurant in the evening. Typical dishes of the Umbrian hinterland. Prices as good as the dishes. Very informal as a place, recommended for a group of friends who want to spend an evening in the hills eating divinely.
Sunday lunch with the family (2 adults child . I don't know if it deserves a return. Service: friendly and empathetic waiters. Owners a little disorganized. Times: long... considering it was half full Bathroom: no changing table(! Menu: too varied, it should be reduced (I suggest a third of the courses and the quality improved. Location: beautiful, and a stone's throw from Barton. Beautiful terrace with a view of Perugia. Food: 6 , prices are not high, but I expected more quality, too bad. In detail Sliced Irish Angus with lard and truffle, medium cooked, soft meat but a little too fibrous.... Strangozzi with porcini mushrooms, good but not super, a little too much liquid released... being out of season we'll pass on this one. The appetizers of seasoned pecorino cheese with jams were very good. House wine, also a good one.
Good food, lots of kindness, speed and honest prices. Simple food and good portions, nice location, in my opinion very nice in summer with the view
Christmas Eve dinner, 13 people with a ready menu, the starter arrives, normal, good mussel souté, after which 1 hour and 20 minutes to wait for the first course, linguine with seafood. After asking in the meantime how long it was until the first one arrived given that it was 10.30pm, we were told, in somewhat questionable tones, that the fish arrives alive at their place and it takes time, that none of us had worked in catering and that unlike us, they were working on December 24th (this is the catering industry and since I worked there and didn't feel like working at parties I changed jobs) they had been warned that one person couldn't eat mussels and the first one was covered in mussels, obviously in 3 seconds they went to the kitchen and removed the mussels from above but that's fine. Nobody touched the pasta dish, we got up and they made us pay €37 for an untouched starter and first course. IF IT DISGUSTS TO DO THIS JOB, DON'T DO IT. Never again
Agriturismo near Perugia, nice structure but poorly maintained, not very clean, lunch average, staff a bit disorganized and not very friendly. I definitely won't go back.
