The staff always want to make sure the customers are happy in a polite professional

Should have read reviews, previous poster stated employees left a new trainee by herself to figure it out. Waited a very long time to have her figure out how our order should be made. Those who were apparently training should be appalled at their behavior, leaving the poor girl by herself. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this subway unless they learn to actually train new staff.

Walked out without our sandwich after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for the sandwich to be made. There was a poor girl In training that was doing her best and the other workers were not helping her at all. She had 5 sandwiches lined up behind her while one lady stood at cash and the other one was complaining about bread not being flipped. I feel terrible for the poor girl in training. That is not how you train someone. I've worked 5 years at subway and that was terrible service. Also.. customers are normally served ahead of bread being flipped in a pan. It wasn't that busy. So disappointing and embarrassing. Ya don't leave a trainee to figure it out on her own.

Soda machine dispensed warm soda and the bathrooms were dirty

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to.Been here twice and never coming back.Staff swearing in front of customers (and their young children), unorganized, incredibly rude.Either management needs to step up and do better job at hiring, or go to a different location if you need Subway.What an absolute joke of a restaurant.
