Every time I go, the staff is super friendly and patient, even if they're slammed with orders or the place is nearly full. I've seen them deal with some really difficult customers, with grace and kindness. The seasonal coffee options are awesome, I'malways getting something new when I go. Food options are excellent too. Great place to grab coffee and a bite.

Ordered a dirty maple chai and it was delicious and perfectly made! Staff was very friendly even on a busy Saturday morning. Only 4 stars because it was a little bit slow (understandable , and not many seats available inside. Worth grabbing a yummycoffee to-go and walk a minute (literally! to the huge lake overlook.

Fantastic service, great menu, everything we ordered was so delicious and rich. i got the maple pecan chai and a biscuit with egg and cheese and the barista suggested pesto on it and it was soooo good. please expand to cleveland!!!! best coffee matchai?ve ever had. bonus because they were only playing harry styles.

Amazing place! I'm visiting from Florida and always prefer locals over chains and as the other reviews state this place didn't disappoint. So many good things to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My hats off to the owner you havecreated a wonderful place. I will be back on my next visit

Such a great little coffee shop! The staff was so wonderful and professional. Awesome service. The shop is super cute and well kept. I would highly recommend stopping by for a refreshing coffee!
