Mcdonald's - Perris

Wasn't in that Macdonald in a while. I decided to come today to eat breakfast. I really like Macdonalds, who's wrong? I love coffee especially ice cream coffee/caramel or mocha This place is very clean and up-to-date with Covid-19 regulations as health, hygienic speaking. Staff are polite.

I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for two Happy Meals and a 10-piece chicken nugget meal. When I finally got my order, I was shocked to discover they had forgotten the nuggets. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to Santiago, who had just arrived. He was fantastic, and his customer service was exceptional—he really deserves a raise! I was upset when I arrived, but he prepared my food fresh and ensured that everything was included. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

I’ve been busy working on my cars and taking care of the house, so I haven't had time to cook. Yesterday, I went to McDonald's in Chino, and today I found myself in Perris at another McDonald's. Since I'm on the go, I needed something quick to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this McDonald's was. However, I did notice that not all the soda machines were functioning.

The service here is excellent, with friendly and adorable employees who truly enhance the experience.
