I was at the farm Corbella for a weekend mid-June with my wife. We were excited about the experience! In fact, we returned for a weekend in September. Looking for a holiday in a place surrounded by nature and eating healthy food produced in the territory? Corbella is the ideal place!!! Of course it is not easy to get there, but precisely because it is in the heart of the Diano Valley and the Alburni becomes a small Compendium of the Universe!!! You will be in contact with the 4 elements of Nature. Clean air. Water of the Corbella river. Untouched land. Fire is the energy that Joan Voria sends every day and which she permeated this place! Beautiful ambience and settings. Great, authentic food, lovely service and one of the most interesting culinary experiences so far.

An environment, which is a pleasure for the eyes and relaxes the mind, the flavors of a kitchen that marvelously marries typical foods and ancient recipes of the Cilentana land and, dulcis in fundo, that special hospitality that makes you feel welcome guest at Sunday lunch of a large family. this my feedback, after visiting the restaurant of the farm of joy, cook of exception, perfect hostess, as well as ambassador of the Mediterranean diet. I will return, indeed I will do it shortly, because I am curious to have the autumn dishes of the tradition that John has surely in store for his guests in the coming months.

The young lady is a great person to listen for hours. its cuisine is true, wise, tasty, natural and genuine. we have returned several times and believe that the road (impervia) is worth a thousand times. I can't wait to try the winter menu. We should try the night.
