This week my wife was taken very sick in Arles and we had to catch a TGV from Avignon with connection to EurostAr in Lille. We were totally unaware of the services available. At the station I was directed to a person in Orange jacket.. we were taken over, with wheelchair and carer, put in cafe and then to the platform at the right point and into our seats. She also arranged for the same service at Lille for our change to Eurostar and then at St.Pancras. It all happened so smoothly and friendily, giving us both enormous relief from the stress of the previous days. Thank you SNCF Eurostar we hope reading this will also help other foreign travellers in the event that they need such help
