We were two families on a Tuscan holiday and we’ve tried different good restaurants, but this one was absolutely excellent! From the reception by the staff and the chef, Alessandro, the service, the food, the wine, the restaurant itself, and the view! Thank you so much for a perfect evening in every way! Property looks great to hold an event. May have been an off night but we were a party of 8. This was our let"s get dressed up and go out to a highly rated restaurant. Not one person in our party thought it was anything special. Only 4 other people were in the restaurant and service was below average. Prices were above average. Food was plain. They brought out 4 main courses and took another 15-20 minutes to bring out the other 4 courses. Will say the two waitresses tried to be attentive but had no control of the kitchen. 8 days in Italy and this was at the bottom of the list to recommend.

Had a fillet during our short stay here in September: it was simply amazing, one of the best meat dishes I had in my life. It simèly melted in my mouth, never tasted one better. And the pasta was great too, I suppose everything homemade. Really worth a visit.
