Franny's Diner - Pepperell

I have eaten at Frannys three different times. The last time I actually sent my plate back because the eggs Benedict were hard cooked and swimming in cheese sauce to compensate. The place and service are wonderful, but the food is not.

Every single person I talked to here (server and patron) were some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. On top of that the food was great, classic diner food that made for a perfect start to my weekend. Also, access from the Nashua River Rail Trail is fantastic.

Waited over an hour and then had to ask for our food. We watched people come in, eat and leave. Our food was ready once we asked for it. My hashbrowns were dripping in grease, food was cold, english muffins were soggy, and the waitress was not pleasant, at the least. Requested the manager was told there is isn't one but they would send the owner. Was told they were short staffed. Won't be back

My hubs and i ordered break fast to go this morning . let me start by saying i had to throw it out. the home fries were raw not under cooked bt raw, the french toast was slimy they forgot the syrup and the sausage was unger cooked . in summary it was a recipe for food poisoning . do not eat here Parking: no

Love having my neighborhood diner be a place that is so inviting, consistent, and always a great value. Looking forward to being regulars here for a long time!
