Chickadee Cottage Cafe - Pepin Township

A great location and atmosphere. The food is good but the quaint cottage setting and landscaping is the highlight. We enjoyed Sunday brunch served family style at the table. A large assortment of fruit was quickly followed by a platter of warm cinnamon rolls, next a heaping platter of scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, sliced ham and wild rice sausage came. Additional servings could be ordered as desired. Parking: Street parking so you might be a block or two away. Kid-friendliness: High chair available. No kids menu

The flap jacks are awesome. The people are warm and welcoming, food home made can’t bet that. So good we ate there 3x in our four day vacation! Will definitely be back!

What a great place! Food, service, and atmosphere were all top tier. Deb was amazing and even gave us some local recommendations on places to check out while in the area (we loved the National Eagle Center).My husband had the Scottish Tatties, I had the quiche of the day, and we had a side of french toast and a flapjack. Nothing could have prepared us for the size of the flapjack, OMG, that thing could have fed a family of five for a week!Overall, flavors were amazing, dishes were cooked perfectly, and we are sad we don't have our own Chickadee Cottage Cafe back home. Definitely would come here again when we're in the area!

Excellent breakfast, now we have to go back and try lunch!! Friendly service and a very cute cottage.
